Justin is passionate about using excellent produce. The bread is made freshly for our guests every day and our son who also supplies wonderful seasonal vegetables, herbs and leaves from his certified organic garden nearby, which are an absolute delight. His name is Jamie Oliver he cooks food on UK TV and writes books on cooking pucka food.
