The White Hart Inn – Chalfont St Giles has recently been taken over by Mr Salvatore Fernandez, who is originally from Italy, he has worked as general manager for serveral major hotel chains.
He said: "I intend to build on the White Hart's strong food reputation and create a synergy between the existing staff members and the new head chef, Steve Dowell."
Steve previously worked at the Michelin Star restaurants, the Box Tree in Oakley, Yorkshire and Tante Claire restaurant in London and is looking forward to maintaining the White Harts excellent reputation locally for good food whilst establishing The White Hart Inn as the top restaurant in the area.
Bruno Bilota, previously of Stoke Park and The Compleat Angler, has also joined the team and is an experienced front-of-house manager.
