Located above The Quadrant Pub in central Brighton, and close to Brighton Station, The Folklore Rooms is a dedicated live music and performance space.
With a capacity of around 60–70 guests, the venue is equipped with a strong AV setup ready for use and proffesional and lighting, supported by an in-house engineering team.
The space is suitable for solo artists, folk shows, full band performances, and a broad range of live events.
Although its best suited for music lovers and performer, the room is also available for private hire, including birthday parties, comedy events, and film screenings.
Due to the historic nature of the 1854 building, wheelchair access is unfortunately not available. Additionally, under-18s are permitted on-site only until 7pm.
