Who are Palmers Brewery?
Since 1794 Palmers have been non-stop brewing on the banks of the River Brit in Bridport.
Today, Palmers Brewery is one of the UK’s oldest independent family-owned breweries, with more than 230 years of brewing heritage.
Still based in Bridport, Dorset, the brewery produces a range of traditional ales while also owning a collection of historic pubs across Dorset, Somerset and Devon.
Who Own Palmers?
Palmers remains one of the best of small independent breweries. Generations of Palmers have kept the brews bubbling.
As of recently, the founders great grandson, John Palmer, and great great granddaughter, Emily Palmer Ramus, work in the company.
