Facts
Although it looks like a functioning Windmill, it was a purpose built pub in 1996.
The developers originally wanted to include a cap and sails on the project but the planning authorities refused permission for those, because then it would be more easily confused with a real historic windmill.
This pub was previously operated for many years under the name the Pride of Lincoln.
